Summer is in full swing on Long Island, and what better way to enjoy the warm evenings than with some fantastic live music under the stars? Nassau County’s Lakeside Theatre Concert Series at Eisenhower Park, Field 6, promises an exciting lineup of outdoor concerts featuring a diverse range of musical genres. From country to Motown, rock to Latin, and everything in between, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Let’s take a look at the impressive schedule for the Summer 2023 season:

1. Eli Young Band – July 27, 8 p.m. Kicking off the concert series is the Eli Young Band, renowned for their captivating country tunes and powerful performances. Get ready for a memorable night of country music under the open sky.

2. Dr. K Motown Revue and Chicken Head – July 28, 7:30 p.m. Experience the magic of Motown with Dr. K Motown Revue, followed by the soulful sounds of Chicken Head. Prepare to dance the night away to these classic hits.

3. Colombian American Night – July 29, 8 p.m. Embrace the vibrant rhythms of Colombia with a night dedicated to celebrating the rich musical heritage of the Colombian American community.

4. Salvadorian American Night – Aug. 3, 8 p.m. The beats of El Salvador come alive in this energetic celebration of Salvadorian culture and music.

5. Face to Face – Aug. 4, 8 p.m. Punk rock enthusiasts, this one’s for you! Face to Face will deliver an electrifying performance, keeping the adrenaline pumping all night.

6. Salute to Veterans featuring CCR Tribute and American Bombshells – Aug. 5, 6:30 p.m. Join in paying tribute to our brave veterans with a special evening that includes a Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute and a performance by the talented American Bombshells.

7. Live Children’s Shows: Rainbow Fish and Willy Wonka – Aug. 6, 6 p.m. Families are in for a treat with delightful children’s shows that will captivate young hearts and create lasting memories.

8. Irish American Night – Aug. 7, 8 p.m. Experience the luck of the Irish as the spirit of Ireland comes alive with traditional tunes and modern melodies.

9. Swingtime Big Band – Aug. 10, 8 p.m. Swing into the rhythm with an outstanding big band performance that will transport you to the golden era of jazz.

10. Bangladeshi American Night – Aug. 11, 8 p.m. Celebrate the cultural richness of Bangladesh with an enchanting night filled with Bangladeshi music and dance.

11. Half Step and Will Sing for Food – Aug. 12, 8 p.m. Fans of the Grateful Dead will not want to miss Half Step’s tribute performance, accompanied by the melodious tunes of Will Sing for Food.

12. Doo Wop Show – Aug. 13, 8 p.m. Relive the nostalgia of the 1950s with classic doo-wop harmonies that continue to captivate audiences of all ages.

13. Neil Diamond Experience – Aug. 17, 8 p.m. Get ready to sing along to timeless Neil Diamond hits and experience an unforgettable night of music.

14. Disco Unlimited and France Joli – Aug. 18, 8 p.m. Put on your dancing shoes for a disco-infused evening with Disco Unlimited and the disco diva France Joli.

15. Korean American Night – Aug. 19, 8 p.m. Immerse yourself in the sounds of Korea with an evening dedicated to the Korean American community’s vibrant culture.

16. Pakistani American Night – Aug. 20, 8 p.m. Experience the beauty of Pakistan through its music and revel in the diverse talent of the Pakistani American artists.

17. Italian American Night – Aug. 22, 8 p.m. Indulge in an evening of Italian classics and contemporary hits that showcase the essence of Italian American heritage.

18. Ukrainian American Night – Aug. 24, 8 p.m. Delight in the rich melodies and colorful dances of Ukraine during this special Ukrainian American Night.

19. Southern Rock Fest with Almost Brothers, Freebird & Bros and Friends – Aug. 26, 7 p.m. Southern rock takes center stage as three bands come together to deliver a captivating performance filled with heart and soul.

20. Dominican American Night – Aug. 27, 8 p.m. Savor the rhythms of the Dominican Republic with an exhilarating night that embraces the country’s lively music and dance.

21. Turkish American Night – Aug. 31, 8 p.m. Transport yourself to the crossroads of Europe and Asia with a Turkish American Night that celebrates Turkey’s musical heritage.

22. Latino American Night – Sept. 2, 8 p.m. The spirit of Latin America comes alive with an explosive night featuring a fusion of Latin American rhythms and beats.

23. Sugar Ray – Sept. 3, 8 p.m. Closing the summer concert series is the iconic Sugar Ray, treating fans to a high-energy performance filled with their signature hits.

24. 9/11 Remembrance with Christopher Macchio – Sept. 11, 5:30 p.m. Join the community in remembering and honoring the lives lost on September 11th with a moving performance by Christopher Macchio.
