Comprising three talented individuals, Mark “Prince Markie Dee” Morales, Damon “Kool Rock Ski” Wimbley, and Darren “Buff Love” Robinson, The Fat Boys captivated audiences with their unique style and infectious energy. As the last surviving member of the group, Damon “Kool Rock Ski” Wimbley had the honor of accepting the prestigious award on behalf of The Fat Boys. Reflecting on the group’s journey, he expressed gratitude for the recognition, stating, “Their legacy lives on with an award like this. We got to the pinnacle of our success. And we got there the hard way by doing a lot of hard work. We did a lot of hard work.”
