Selections for the scholarships will be based on several criteria, including a 400-to-500-word essay outlining the applicant’s education and career goals, submission of their high school transcript, and a letter of recommendation from an individual familiar with the applicant’s dedication to pursuing a career in music.
Eligibility criteria for the scholarship program include being a graduating high school senior from one of the specified counties, maintaining a minimum GPA of 2.5, being accepted full-time at an accredited college or university, demonstrating a genuine interest in pursuing a career in music, exhibiting financial need, and holding U.S. citizenship or legal residency with I-55 permanent residency.
